The HR Department supports Danone companies in all matters related to human resources management. We are proud that we not only provide support in completing the HR processes, but first of all we strategically advise everyone thanks to close cooperation with our business. We value independence, proactivity in action, openness to people and new situations, as well as positive attitude towards development and constant learning.

We provide development opportunities through a dynamic working environment and independent, innovative projects – whether you are a trainee taking your first steps in the organization, a specialist with several years of experience or an experienced manager or department head.

Areas of development within the HR department

We work both in Danone companies – the HR Teams of Business Partners directly supporting all business departments in the organization – as well as in the HR Cluster Business Service (CBS HR), where you can work with all Danone companies and develop professionally in the following HR areas:

  • Talent development, recruitment and employer branding;
  • Learning & development and organizational transformation;
  • Compensation and benefits;
  • Effectiveness and HR technologies;
  • Payrolls;
  • Health and safety at work.

In relation to such comprehensive structure within our organization, you will have the opportunities of development in different areas, changing the roles and functions within a department. Our CBS HR provides services for a vast geographical region: from Poland, through Lithuania and Latvia, to as far as the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland), which provides us also with possibility of international cooperation.
