Evaluation of the application document

If your application meets the requirements described in the ad, we will call you in order to learn more about your qualifications and experience.
We will contact the selected candidates only.

Step 2

Phone interview

After the call, we will invite you to meet us at Danone. Depending on the character of the recruitment process, you will be asked to complete an analytical or knowledge test; in some cases, we will invite you to solve a business drill. Next, you will take part in a job interview with a HR expert and your future superior. Apart from the candidate’s competence, we place importance on your attitude as well. We seek people who share our values and will feel good working in an open organisation culture.

Step 3

Job interview

At this stage, we make the decision about the candidate and provide feedback to everyone who took part in the meetings. If the decision about you is positive, we will maintain contact with you in order to discuss the employment conditions in detail and answer your eventual questions.

We believe that working for Danone will give you much satisfaction, but we also know that the first days in a new environment are often challenging. Due to this, in order to help you get accustomed to your new workplace, we invite all employees to take part in the “Welcome to Danone” programme. You will spend your first moments at the company, right after signing your contract, in three days of workshops. During the workshops, you will get to know the company you will be working in, and get to know more about the Danone companies and our products. You will also meet people who, like you, are just beginning their work.
